1. Order Acceptance & Stock

Godai Arts is a manufacturer, and all products are made-to-order. We maintain no stock for items. While we strive to adhere to committed timelines, slight operational or production delays may occur in certain cases.

2. Shipping Charges

• India: Shipping as per actuals across India (Pan India).
• International Orders: Customers are requested to get in touch with our team with their selected products and address for shipping, and we will share a shipping quote accordingly.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Ready design and size orders are generally dispatched in 30 business days after confirmation and payment, depending on the size of the item. Customized designs and sizes shipping will be minimum 60 business days. Domestic shipments typically take 7–10 days in transit, and international shipments usually take 1–3 weeks depending on the location and courier.

4. Address Changes Before Dispatch

You may request a change to the delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched by contacting us.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be shared so you can monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s system.

6. Delivery Delays

If the delivery time exceeds the expected transit period, you should contact us so an investigation can be conducted and any issues resolved.

7. Duties & Taxes

• GST is excluded in the prices displayed on the website.
• For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
