Overview
Godai Arts was commissioned to conceptualize, design, and execute the complete 8,000 sq. ft. corporate office for Umang Pharmaceuticals in Andheri, Mumbai. The vision behind the project was to create a workspace that not only reflects the company's professionalism and scientific expertise but also embodies its core business through thoughtful and immersive design.
Rather than adopting a conventional corporate aesthetic, Godai Arts translated Umang Pharmaceuticals' identity into a spatial experience, drawing inspiration directly from the company's specialization in capsule encapsulation and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The result is a workspace that seamlessly blends innovation, functionality, and brand storytelling.
Brand-Led Design Concept
The design philosophy revolved around transforming Umang Pharmaceuticals' products into architectural inspiration. Elements derived from the geometry, form, and precision of pharmaceutical capsules were subtly integrated throughout the office, creating a unique visual language that reinforces the company's identity without compromising the elegance of the workspace.
Curved forms, clean lines, balanced proportions, and carefully selected material palettes were thoughtfully composed to represent precision, innovation, and scientific advancement—qualities that define the pharmaceutical industry.
Every space within the office was designed to communicate the brand's values while fostering a productive and inspiring environment for employees and visitors alike.
Functional Corporate Environment
The office was planned to achieve the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Each zone was carefully designed to enhance workflow, collaboration, and employee well-being while maintaining a refined corporate identity.
The project included thoughtfully designed workstations, executive cabins, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, reception areas, circulation zones, and breakout spaces, ensuring every corner of the office contributes to an efficient and comfortable working environment.
Lighting, finishes, textures, and architectural detailing were carefully curated to create an atmosphere that feels modern, sophisticated, and timeless.
